Basic Decorated Cookie Class Pastry Chef Michelle Dellaperute will guide culinary students through the process of designing creating cake pops in casual setting. Basics & Custom • Level: Beginner to Intermediate. • Description: This hands-on session will include 2 1/2 hours of instruction, preparation and decorating • Purpose: Students will learn the essentials of making Royal icing, including basic decorating and piping techniques. During this class, students will create custom Cookies. • Each participant will take home their adorable cookie creations to share with their family and friends
